Starting in 2022, my team produced 2-3 internal videos each quarter, highlighting work happening across Paramount Streaming. These videos, called Spotlight Videos, would premiere during PI planning as way of celebrating achievements before getting ready for the next quarter.

 

In 2023, we were given the opportunity to produce an externally-facing Spotlight Video which promoted Paramount Streaming's achievements across the entirety of 2023. The video was eventually called New Experiences & Continued Growth and posted on Paramount's LinkedIn.

My role:

• Spearheaded the video's creative direction, developing its visual language and ensuring its accuracy to Paramount's style guide and other guidelines. 

• Designed storyboards and scene compositions as guidelines for our video production vendor.

• Provided feedback on all phases of video production, specifically in regards to visual design.
